An outbound motion built from scratch, handed over running.
Most outbound fails for a boring reason: the parts don't fit together. Someone buys a data tool, someone else writes sequences, the CRM was set up by a third person two years ago, and the messaging was written for a different ICP. I build the whole thing as one system, so every part knows what the others are doing.
The six blocks
- 01
ICP and account list
Who we go after and why. I define the ICP with you and Sales, then build the account list and tier it, so effort goes where the deals are.
- 02
Data and enrichment
Clean accounts and contacts, enriched with what actually matters for your pitch: tech stack, hiring, funding, portfolio, whatever signals intent in your market. Automated, refreshed, not a one-time export.
- 03
Messaging and account-specific content
The narrative for each tier, and the content that makes it concrete for each account. This is where AI earns its place: research on every account, turned into something each prospect can see applies to them. Written by me, scaled by the system.
- 04
Tooling and CRM
HubSpot or your CRM set up properly: data model, properties, pipelines, reporting. Sequencing tool, enrichment, routing, all connected. I've built HubSpot from zero more than once.
- 05
Sequences and channels
Email, LinkedIn, phone where it makes sense. Sequences per tier, tested, with the cadence and the hand-off to Sales defined.
- 06
Reporting and handover
Dashboards that answer the questions you'll actually ask. A playbook. Two weeks of running it side by side with your team before I step out.
Where AI sits
AI is not the pitch. It's how one person runs an engine that used to need a team: account research, personalised content at scale, data cleaning, lead routing. I've run one alone, across a full enterprise ABM program. The system did the volume; I did the judgment.
How it goes
Month 1
ICP, account list, data, CRM set up. Messaging drafted and tested on a first tier.
Month 2
Full sequences live across tiers. Content engine running. First meetings.
Month 3
Optimisation, reporting, playbook, handover. Your team runs it with me next to them.
After
Optional monthly support, or nothing. It's built to run without me.
What you bring
A product that solves a real problem. Someone to take the meetings. Access to your CRM and your customers. Two hours a week of your time for the first month.
Worked example
Digip, trademark and brand protection SaaS. When I joined, the company sold to SMBs and founders. I built the outbound and ABM motion from scratch as part of moving upmarket to enterprise, ran it with a team for two years, then alone with AI and workflows doing the work of the team.
