Services

Four ways to work together. Each one starts with a call, and each one ends with something that runs without me.

The stack I cover

Strategy and brand

Positioning and messaging, ICP, go-to-market, pricing input, brand, PR, events, partnerships, planning and budget.

Inbound

SEO and AEO (being cited by AI answers, not just ranked by Google), content, paid search and paid social, landing pages, lifecycle and email.

Outbound

ICP and account lists, data and enrichment, ABM, sequences, CRM and marketing ops, sales enablement.

Product and UX

Product design (UI and UX in Figma), website build, onboarding flows, CRO and experimentation programs.

Data

Tracking and analytics setup, dashboards, attribution, experimentation frameworks, reporting that leadership actually reads.

AI and automation

Research and enrichment pipelines, AI assistants, autonomous workflows, custom MCP servers. Built in production, not in slides.

01

Fractional head of marketing

For

Companies from seed to Series B that need marketing owned by someone senior, not just executed. Usually no marketing lead yet, or one person doing five jobs.

What I do

I take the whole thing, and I do the work, not just the plan.

  • Strategy and brand: positioning, messaging, ICP, go-to-market, brand, PR, events, partnerships, the plan and the budget.
  • Inbound: SEO and AEO, content, paid search and paid social, landing pages, lifecycle and email.
  • Website and product: the site itself, onboarding, CRO and experimentation.
  • Data: tracking, analytics, dashboards, attribution, so decisions stop being opinions.
  • Operations: CRM, marketing ops, the tooling, the freelancers when we need them.

I sit in your leadership meetings, own the number, and build the systems so the work keeps happening on the days I'm not there. When something needs a specialist, I brief them and check the work; you don't manage an agency.

What you get

A marketing function that exists, is measured, and can later be handed to a full-time hire with everything documented.

Format

Two to three days a week, three months minimum. French or English.

02

Outbound engine

For

B2B companies with a product that works and a sales motion that depends on outbound, or should.

What I do

I build the whole motion from scratch: ICP and account list, data and enrichment, messaging and account-specific content, tooling and CRM, sequences across channels, reporting. AI does the research and the personalisation at scale; I do the thinking and the plumbing.

What you get

An outbound engine that books meetings, with the playbook, the tooling and the CRM set up so your team can run it after handover.

Format

Fixed-scope project, typically three months, then optional monthly support.

03

Growth squad and experimentation program

For

Companies with real traffic and nobody turning it into conversion. E-commerce, consumer, or SaaS with a self-serve motion. This is CRO done as a program, not as a one-off audit.

What I do

I set up an experimentation program from zero: the squad (analyst, designer, front-end developer, growth PM, hired or pulled from your teams), the framework, the tooling, the backlog and the weekly cadence. I run the first cycles myself, then step back as the team takes over.

What you get

A squad that ships experiments every week and a framework your company owns, not a consultant it depends on.

Format

Six to ten months, part-time, with a defined handover point.

04

AI systems for lean teams

For

Companies that already have a marketing or sales motion and want it to run on fewer people.

What I do

I build the systems: research and enrichment pipelines, AI assistants trained on your knowledge, autonomous workflows, custom MCP servers. Production systems, not demos. I've built them for my own teams before building them for others.

What you get

Working software, documented, with the costs and the failure modes written down.

Format

Project, scoped after a first call.

Let's talk about what you're trying to grow.

Thirty minutes, no deck. You tell me where you are, I tell you what I'd do first.
